Cornell Service Operations Teaching Assistant
During her time at Cornell University, Michelle was a Teaching Assistant for the Service Operations course, teaching students to identify problems in a business and strategies to solve them.
Assisted 100+ students with coursework related to the class.
Taught students how to utilize lean, six sigma, and lean six sigma to optimize company operations.
Taught students wait time models to optimize company performance, specifically in the restaurant industry.
Demonstrated how Monte Carlo Simulations can be used to determine the probability of different outcomes and mange risk in a company through real life scenarios.
